The defense lawyers for George Zimmerman, the acquitted gunman in the controversial Florida shooting case of teenager Trayvon Martin, admitted on national television that they have not been paid yet, but hope to be paid eventually. Zimmerman will probably sell exclusive interview or book rights about the case for huge sums of money, but likely his lawyers will probably collect most all of this money. So all of the donated defense fund money for Zimmerman has been used to hire defense witnesses so far as his funds became depleted before the trial, leaving nothing to pay his lawyers.
As tired as many people are of hearing of George Zimmerman, you certainly haven’t heard the last from him. The worst may be to come.
