The Miami Heat staged a late comeback in a possible elimination game six on Tuesday, beating back the San Antonio Spurs, who led for most of the game, for Miami to close late to narrowly win the game in overtime, tying the NBA finals series at 3 games each. A game seven tiebreaker game will determine the NBA champion this year in this bizarre series in which the Miami Heat have been unable to win two back to back games in their last 13 games. They will have to break that weird jinx streak on Thursday, or else the San Antonio Spurs will win the championship this year. The Spurs have also played uneven as well, losing a home game to Miami one night, but then scoring a blowout over Miami two days later and scoring an NBA finals record 16 three point goal in that game. Game seven now comes down to which team can play well, and which team won’t play well. Neither team has been consistent in their efforts during this series, with both teams having Jekyll and Hyde efforts.
