Sophia Loren might have been popular for that sultry off the shoulder strap look. But, in Katy Perry’s case things looked just plain dangerous and one eyelash shy of a major league wardrobe malfunction. It looks like just barely, and we do mean just barely, Katy avoided making news as the latest nip slip celebrity.
