Aussie supermodel Miranda Kerr is showing off a picture-perfect bikini bod just 3 months after giving birth to son Flynn in January.  The Victoria’s Secret angel, who is married to British actor Orlando Bloom, bared it all for a bikini photo shoot for the lingerie brand on Sunday in Malibu.  She wowed photographers (and the world) with her trim and fit figure, and her flat tummy that seems to be completely free of stretch marks.

Many people are speculating that Kerr’s body is even better since giving birth to her first child. Before her pregnancy, the model gained fame for her rail-thin figure that lacked many curves.  Kerr’s new body, while still fit and thin, is more curvaceous.  She looks fit, healthy and vibrant, not stick-thin like she did before.

There is no doubt that Kerr’s amazing post-bikini bod can be attributed to some serious diet and exercise. Before her pregnancy, Kerr revealed that she stays trim by working out in the gym for 90 minutes, 4 days a week. Her workouts usually consist of cardio and strength exercises, with an emphasis on strengthening the lower half of her body.  Kerr also places an emphasis on eating healthy and adheres to a strictly organic diet. She sticks to eating carbohydrates and protein-rich foods such as oatmeal, cottage cheese, fish and chicken.

There is no doubt that Kerr’s body will continue to get even better in the ensuing months and she will soon be gracing magazine covers and walking down runways, just as she did before her pregnancy.
