Betty White: Entertainer of the Year
Veteran actress Betty White is everywhere lately. She’s hosted Saturday Night Live, boosting their ratings I might add, and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Screen Actors Guild. Now Betty White has been voted Entertainer of the Year by the Associated Press.
Everybody is loving Betty White this year. The 88-year-old actress has been in the business for 63-years and has always had a following, but 2010 has been a great year for her and her fans. White says, ‘It’s just been a lovely year, I must admit.’
She is funny, beautiful, bubbly, warm, spirited and just a breath of fresh air. Betty White being voted AP Entertainer the Year is well-deserved and probably should have been awarded a lot sooner.
