- Janet Charleton say's Oprah Winfrey is hosting a party President Obama at her home in Montecito this July and she had planned to book John Mayer for the event. When Jennifer Aniston's relationship with John ended, Oprah put the kybosh on the gig. She feels that her loyalty lies with Jennifer and she wants Jen at the party, so John won't be there.
- Amy Winehouse bailed on the St. Lucia Jazz Festival this weekend -- midway through a song! TMZ.com has footage of the sick star attempting to perform "Valerie" when suddenly she stopped singing, stared at the ground for 30 seconds and walked off stage -- leaving her backup singers looking as confused as she does on a regular basis.
- According to the National Enquirer, Britney Spears' ex K-Fed struggles to keep his booze tabs and bodyguards' salaries in the budget. The magazine guess Federline's Brit-based monthly income at $40,000, including $20,000 in child support payments, but say the monthly food bill alone is $2000. "Kevin can't afford the rent, his help, the food and the booze it takes to keep up (his home)," the source explained.
- Lawyers for Britney Spears asked a Los Angeles court last Friday to order the slimy Sam Lutfi, who once was her manager, to pay $123,142 to cover Spears's legal fees for the courtroom battle over the restraining order, reports People.com.
- The controversy surrounding Miss California Carrie Prejean continued Monday with Shanna Moakler -- co-director of the Miss California USA pageant appointed Miss California first runner-up Tami Farrell as their Beauty of California Ambassador- a position created because of the mess with Prejean, as more and more racy photos hit the internet.
