I'm surprised that Chris Elliot lives in such a wonderful place. He's such an awful comic that he's funny. I never dreamed that this would translate into a good enough income to buy such a place. One of my favorites is Gilbert Gottfried. We're exchanged Emails before and he's invited me to join his MySpace friends, and he only lives in a small NY apartment with lawn furniture in the place by comparison, yet he gets pretty steady work doing stand-up, guest appearances on Leno or insurance ads. My best guess is that Chris Elliot doesn't match Gottfried for steady work, although he's a really funny guy.
