Boy, oh boy, does that Three Stooges movie sound like a really bad idea. I seriously doubt that you can top the originals.
I had no idea that hard-edged actors Sean Penn or Benicio Del Toro could be great slapstick comedy talents. Jim Carrey is a fine choice though. But this still sounds even worse than Michael Chiklis playing Curly for that rotten TV movie stinker about the Stooges. IN LIVING COLOR once pulled off a clever parody of the STOOGES one time that I really liked. With funny enough actors, the potential is there to honor the best comedy team ever.

I can see a five minute spoof. A full movie? No.
