- The networks response to the fast-spreading rumor that Pushing Daisies has been canceled is NO. ABC has yet to decide what to do with the show and NO decisions have been made. So hang in there fans!
- The NBC show Chuck has closed a deal for Andy Richter and Jenny McCarthy to appear in an episode called "Chuck Versus the Suburbs," which will air during February.
- Fox gave 'King of the Hill' the pink slip last week but ABC is guessed to be interested in picking up the comedy since it would make a good companion to the animated comedy "The Goode Family," which comes from "King of the Hill" exec producers Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky.
- MGM Pictures is moving forward on a modern incarnation of The Three Stooges, currently known as Untitled Three Stooges Project, with Bobby and Peter Farrelly attached to direct from their screenplay.
Legs are forming on the rumor that a prequel is in development with studios fpr an apparent remake of Conquest of the Planet of the Apes about intelligent apes trying to overthrow the human world.

I hope ABC does indeed take up "King of The Hill". I just love that show, and it's a wonderful show for all ages.
