I'm with BPG on this one. We let the crazy guy that shoots a republican president have home visits to mom and dad's house, but a guy that kills a beetle will rot in the prison system for the rest of his life. California lets druggie illegal alien minors with violent offenses go to halfway houses and doesn't deport them, but this guy will be in prison until the prison falls in on him.
