Sandra Bullock and hubby Jesse James hit the Malibu beaches, And the ladies from the The Hills spent time posing for photos. Which must have been a wonderful departure from their regular routine.

Why would you include Lily Allen on a 4th of July celebration? A.) She is English, not her day (B.) She is in London, where they are not celebriting it
