The actress' rep tells PEOPLE "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment."
TMZ reported when Heather's doctor called 911 back in March, concerned that she was suicidal.

Anxiety and depression is an illness that have caused by STRESS and it can be treat with RIGHT medication and therapy. It's chemical imbalance in the human brain and body. I was dianoged with the illness ten years ago.. Thanks for caring physician and modern medicine I am living a normal life with my children.
Heather will need a lot of support and love from us.

Coffee and over the counter drugs such as decongestants can also have a very serious psychiatric impact on some users and cause some serious brain chemistry problems.
I'm a vegan who doesn't use any drugs of any type. no aspirin, nothing. I refused pain killers after a serious motorbike crash in late April as an example. And I don't use any coffee or caffeine products either. Since I eat a lot of soy products each day, this helps to elevate mood in a positive no drugs manner.

Good for you Paul, but that doesn't work for everybody!
Some people have serious mental stress and subsequant problems and actually need medicine....don't "jump the couch" here brother!
