It appears that the question of whether the federal government is going to bail out the state of California has been rendered moot. Two large banks have announced that they...

It's 1994. The GOP promised to dismantle social programs, cut taxes and balance the budget. Newt Gingrich massaged the message, and the "Me Generation" bought it hook, line and sinker. This was the new GOP, and they had made...

I speculated recently that the worm may be turning as it relates to the Obama administration's political capital. The near Teflon like protection that a fawning press afforded him is...

Another day, another Obama infomercial. President Barack Obama held a townhall style meeting today, one in which the audience was "hand-picked" by White House staffers. It was conveniently "moderated" by...

Unbelievably, the EU commissioners are now moving ahead with plans to impose a new 10% tax on mobility scooters imported into Europe, often manufactured in the United States. But some like physicist Stephen Hawking are angry as this will dramatically...

Very sad that everyone has to a "sexual" tone to everything in this world....very sick to even think of a 15 year old girl in this nature..that is why there are so many sickos in this world....and magazines/movies/producers/photographers..etc..all share the blame and they have scarred many people by there works of the flesh...think about...

Dad is a creep.
I had to check her age because I couldn't believe a relatively big name mag would want to be connected with this.
At the age of 15, I can somewhat believe she may have got caught up in the allusion of 'art' and not realized the sexualization because it was aimed at adults which is a bit more subtle. Especially if she was deferring to Dad's judgment.
The fact its aimed at adults is what makes it more than exploitive and just downright creepy.
On the other hand, I could believe she is faking innocence. Which is an even sadder comment on the state of things.

I think she looked a little pale in the final outcome or I think it was meant to look that way. For adults, it might not be a scandal but i think it is for some people because their kids look up to her and they think that posing that way is wrong. To be honest, I more like Miley Cyrus' music more than this kind of pictures, and she and Hannah Montana's worlds concert is my favorite: dealstudio.com/searchdeals.php?deal_id=100149&ru=279 , Miley! this was not a smart choice. You are just 15, before you do it, I think you should as your father first.

The pictures with Billy Ray looks more like a young woman and her lover, NOT a little girl with her father.. gross.

She looks to old anyway...Make up, tight jeans Low riders at that... Low cut dresses. I don't think the picture look bad, a little too sexy for a "little lady" but.....she has a father and he should have step in if it was a problem. 2 cents nothing more
