Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson breezed into a video shoot for Pharrell Williams' and N.E.R.D.'s new song "Everybody Nose" to do cameos early yesterday - but they missed the real action. A few hours earlier, a bloody brawl erupted. "They hired a few dozen club kids as extras for $50 apiece, and this fight erupted between two over a woman," our spy said of the melee in Chelsea's Madison Club on West 24th Street. "One sliced the other's arm with a broken champagne glass, and blood was spurting from his artery. Kids were running and screaming from the room." As the victim was rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital for a stitch-up, the perp ran off. Another source told us: "One of the extras was a convicted felon who is supposed to go back to jail in August. He slid in. They never would have used him, if they knew he was trouble." The song, by the way, is about girls waiting on line for a club bathroom to do coke.
