Owen doesn't seem completely over his love of the drugs. Apparently, the Wedding Crashers star was spotted last week at the Green House Smoke Shop in Venice Beach buying a "small monkey pipe" for $25. Then onlookers said he spent nearly $300 on a bong.
Possibly paranoid already, he then hid behind a FedEx truck to avoid paparazzi detection before sprinting to his car.
