While you were sleeping the shit was going down at the home of Britney Spears.

• The first call came into police around 8pm where the rumor is Spear was refusing to turn her kids over to ex Federline as planned at 7pm.

• When police arrived they reportedly found Spears 'under the influence of an unknown substance' .

• Reports are claiming she then locked herself, and the boys, in her home.

• The children were finally returned to dad around 11pm.

• Spears was then taken away on a gurney where she was reported to be screaming she would rather die than give him her babies. She was then (reportedly) sedated.
