Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon on the ABC hit "Lost," just became the third cast member to get busted on suspicion of driving under the influence, after being arrested in Honolulu just after 3 a.m. Thursday.
Honolulu police confirmed to E! News that the 39-year-old was booked at the downtown station and was released at 5:05 a.m. after posting an unspecified bail. Details on the bust are scarce, including where it took place. Police say the arrest hasn't been logged in to the computer system.
So, the police let the allegedly drunken guy go after two hours and don't know what really happened. They're a laid-back lot over there in Hawaii.
Reporters spotted the actor when he left the station. He kept his head down and stayed mum as he was escorted out of the building by two officers into the passenger's side of a waiting SUV.
