Spears Update of the day... (Wizbang Pop!)

So Brit Brit may not see 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James until she complies with a court order. The ruling, issued by Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon, does not spell out what directives Spears defied. A hearing is scheduled for Oct. 26. Although Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells PEOPLE she will likely regain the privilege before "She has complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension]," Kaplan says. "I expect that visitation will be reinstated."

Plus, TMZ is suspecting Britney got her lips done yesterday. Fortunately a clearer shot of her is likely hours away. Well, several hours away if you consider west coast time and a good 1pm hangover wake up call. But this is the pic from last night that caused the speculation. Spears came out of a medical center when the photo was taken.
