TMZ is confirming that Britney has blown off the hearing. They say, "The courts have just told TMZ that Britney will NOT be present for today's hearing, but her lawyer will be. K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is already in the courtroom. Britney is still in Marina del Rey. No word on how this affects her chances of getting the kids over night.
