Lonnie Hanover Leaves Scores

02_87518.jpg

Scores spinmeister Lonnie Hanover abruptly walked out of the mammary mecca earlier this week, and he's looking for another flesh palace to entertain his celebrity clientele. Sources say Hanover quit after 15 years flacking for the club partly because of its apparent inability to meet payroll commitments. "Scores has bounced hundreds of checks to its employees, including several to Lonnie," an insider told The Post's Braden Keil.

Hanover confirmed he's left, but had no comment as to why. When pressed, he said only that he received "unprofessional treatment" by management.

Hanover's exit might affect business at Scores. Howard Stern, who put the strip joint on the national map, said on his show yesterday that he will go wherever Hanover winds up.
