Last month I noted an unusual exchange Massachusetts Democrat Barney Frank had with Treasury Secretary Paulson regarding the use of the first $350,000,000,000 (that's billion, for the comma challenged) authorized...

I would hope this case is dismissed. The plaintiff has as much responsibility to check for cheese as does McDonald's to insure it's not included.

Not even a rat would eat this photo and live, let alone the order.
What was he thinking? Cheese? Pleaase!
Maybe an artery will harden before trial.
Case dismissed.
Whateva!

I have always been able to SEE the cheese on a quarter pounder. It generally hangs over the sides, this guy must be a complete idiot.
Some of these allergies need to be removed from the gene pool anyway.

I can't stand cheese and always order food without it - but I also always CHECK it to make sure.
If I had an allergy, you can be sure I would check.
This is stupid.

He's eating TWO QUARTER POUNDERS in one meal... I think he's got bigger problems than an allergic reaction. Seeing that my order is wrong more than it's right at any fast food establishment, I can't believe that the guy wouldn't check, especially considering that he has medical implications. This is worse than the coffee lady... at least in her case the lid was not secure so it could be blamed on others (although putting coffee between your legs is never high on my list of things to do, secure lid or no... nope, don't want to get burned down there...).
