Some first photos have popped up on the web for the new Ryan Gosling film, Lars and the Real Girl. Gosling plays "a lonely, delusional young man who buys a life-size sex doll on the Internet and falls in love with her, telling people it's his girlfriend. His brother and sister-in-law step in to help him with his delusion."
