Lohan hit's Elle Cover for second September in a row

Lindsay Lohan will appear on the cover of Elle this September - an edition which comes out on August 24th, the same date that Lindsay is scheduled to appear in court for her DUI charge. Lohan appeared on Elle's 2006 cover as well.

The Elle photo shoot may have taken place just days before Lohan entered rehab.

No word on whether the interview accompanying the photos took place before or during Lohan's rehab. The magazine is said to have gone to the printer sometime this week...

Below are photo's of Lindsay at Planet Blue at the Country Mart in Malibu on Saturday, leaving with the hottest accessory of the moment in the the palm of her left hand -- Apple's iPhone!
