Rosie is just a typical American mother. Elizabeth is also just a typical American mother. Both are loud and opinionated. They are Polar opposites.

When I watched this argument I really do think Elizabeth is the one who is being nasty, vile and wrong. She should apologize to Rosie. Rosie was trying to stay out of the argument Elizabeth was having with Joy... but Elizabeth would not give up, she dug and dug and dug. She wanted Rosie off the show.

I'm sad for Rosie. I'm not a normal view watcher, I watched the videos on YouTube to see what all the garbage was about. It is obvious from watching the videos that Elizabeth doesn't like Rosie. Why would she, Elizabeth is a pro life, pro Bush, conservative American woman. Rosie is a liberal, pro choice, liberal Bush hating woman... and a Lesbian to boot... that likely goes against some of Elizabeth's core values. Elizabeth doesn't seem near as nasty to Joy who shares Rosies view on most things... and is just as nasty many times...

But this is what the View was to be about. It is too bad that people are so Nasty that they cannot watch these debates with an open mind. Instead they have to harass Rosie and threaten her and probably her family. It is sad.

I watched the show with the fight between Rosie and Elisabeth. Elisabeth should leave the show not Rosie! Elisabeth actions and accusations on the show were quite unprofessional. She comes across as very naive. Does she have her head buried in the sand in Iraq? She appears to be uninformed about the real Bush and his politics regarding the war in Iraq.

For anyone to think that Rosie O'Donnell actually has anything but respect, caring, and genuine concern for ALL the troops in Iraq is ludicrous! Rosie was clearly calling the American administration terrorists, not the troops, and everyone who heard her speaking knew that was the group to whom she was referring. I like both Rosie and Elizabeth but I think Rosie is totally unused to anyone challenging her. She is a loud and dominant person and so usually gets heard because she talks the loudest. For once Elizabeth refused to be talked over, or have her opinions dismissed because of her youth (as if that has any bearing on a person's right to an opinion!), and she insisted on stating her View.
