I think it's wonderful! Of course the people of this world cannot wrap their minds around the idea of having this many children. It's odd, it's weird, it's just not normal to you all. How sad that society has had such a negative influence on us concerning children.
Many say the Duggars are selfish and irresponsible and all kinds of childish names. Well you know what? Look at that family? At least they are together...they are doing their best to serve the Lord, doing their best to raise the family according to the Word of God.
What's normal for society now is for teegage girls to get abortions and not telling their parents, that's considered okay, but when someone chooses life over birth control and abortion, they are considered out cast. How backwards.

If they want to have that many kids and can provide a financially stable home for that many kids, more power to them.

congrats to michelle Duggar and the family. If she decides to have these children, than so-be-it.

More families need to be like the Duggars in the way that they love eachother and STICK TOGETHER. Love is BIG in that family, unlike the increasing rate of divorce in America.

And honestly, people need to stop worrying so much about this family and focus on their own families. Jim Bob and Michelle are their own people with their own free will. They can do whatever they choose, and they've chosen well. :)

I know this family personally, and they are awesome. I'm the oldest of 8, and ppl think we're a big family!! LOL!! I see all the negative comments on them and I get really upset. This country NEEDS to remember it is GOD who gives life, and children ARE a blessing! Too many ppl are murdering their own children thru abortion and abortificants- aka birth control! Ppl should actually study this out, you'd be surprised!! God bless the Duggars!

I think that it is nice that they can support and love that many kids, bu I don't like how their older children end up having to take care of a "buddy". I was 13 when my youngest brother (as of now) was born, and I love taking care of him! If those kids choose to take care of a younger kid, it is ok, but if they are told they have to, it isn't right!

i think it is great that a family that has it all together and loves the Lord can have as many children as they want, everyone needs to BUTT OUT and let them live their lives as they see fit.
