It's damned sure by now that Howard K. Stern knows he is not the father of Dannielynn. His legal team has had plenty of time to conduct a DNA test on him and Dannielynn (I assume it could be done by a private lab without the findings being made public), and if it had come back that he was indeed the father, he'd be saying, "Sure Larry, let's get this paternity thing over in court." He and Anna Nicole probably knew he was not the father for a long time.
Shame on Stern and Anna Nicole for trying to ninja another man's baby. Regardless of how Smith felt about Birkhead later on, if she did the deed with him at about the time of conception, he had the right to know whether or not that was his kid. Shame shame.
