Howard admits, 'I'm not the father'

So claims an Aussie rag...

Howard K. Stern has reportedly admitted he's not the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn and is now willing to sign over the paternity rights to the man who believes he is the baby's real dad, Larry Birkhead -- for the right price.

In exchange for giving Dannielynn to Larry, insiders say Howard wants ongoing control of Anna Nicole's estate. Once all the issues surrounding the estate have been settled, he also wants to become Dannielynn's trustee.

It's damned sure by now that Howard K. Stern knows he is not the father of Dannielynn. His legal team has had plenty of time to conduct a DNA test on him and Dannielynn (I assume it could be done by a private lab without the findings being made public), and if it had come back that he was indeed the father, he'd be saying, "Sure Larry, let's get this paternity thing over in court." He and Anna Nicole probably knew he was not the father for a long time.

Shame on Stern and Anna Nicole for trying to ninja another man's baby. Regardless of how Smith felt about Birkhead later on, if she did the deed with him at about the time of conception, he had the right to know whether or not that was his kid. Shame shame.
