Howard Dean almost made history in 2004. While John Kerry just plain fumbled the opportunity handed to him, Dean's fund-raising and grassroots registration and turnout drives were spectacularly successful. Over...

The JUDGE?
What the hell is goin' on down there? THERE'S NO CRYING IN FAMILY COURT!
Well, not by the judge, as a usual rule, anyway.

Judges are pussys. Always looking for a way NOT to make a decision. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Pleeeeease... This Judge could have come to the same conclusion and ruling without all the escapades in court!
They were not even relavant to the outcome. Of course, the body of Anna Nicole Smith should be handed over to the "next of kin", who is that individual? And if she is a minor, her legal court appointed guardian amidst the mockery of finding the "real" father... That is a separate and more complicated issue... Next of kin, has never been disputed. As for the Mother... Hmmm... I have a Father who is very much like her... An opportunist who doesn't want to have the "responsibility" unless there is something in it for him... Self serving, despicable...
