Beckham Invasion Looking Solid (Wizbang Pop!)

David Beckham seems determined to end his career in the only country on the planet that could care less about Soccer. Save for kids under 10. They fucking LOVE it.

Still, rumors of a deal with the LA Galaxy continue to churn and though no one in the US would ever pay him the huge checks he's used to getting London's Telegraph reported in today's editions that the Galaxy has offered him just under $3 million a year in salary but would allow him to control 100 percent of his lucrative image rights, which earn him $30 million plus in sponsorship and endorsement deals.
