It is def a tie between Eva and Vanessa. The second dress is just ugly, but Hayden wears it better, Lindsay is younger and thinner so the dress looks better on her, and Rebecca def rocks that dress.

I like Eva's bubble hem and peep-toed shoes better than Vanessa's plain frock and shoes.
I think the second dress isn't a very pretty or flattering dress for either, but I like Candace's accessories better.
The third dress is more flattering to Jade's hair and skin tone.
And I like Kim's flapper take on the fourth dress more.
