Club heir-head busted on DWI (Wizbang Pop!)

Renowned party boy Fabian Basabe - who made a name for himself after he was caught on camera dirty dancing with First Daughter Barbara Bush - is in trouble again.

Basabe was arrested on charges of drunken driving, driving without a license and running a red light at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, near Central Park West and 65th St., according to police reports and his lawyer.

After spending hours in a holding cell, Basabe pleaded not guilty at his arraignment later that day.

His lawyer, Mark Heller, told the Daily News, "These were bumbling officers who employed antiquated and faulty equipment" to test Basabe's blood-alcohol level.

Heller said cops "were interested in bagging a boldfaced-name defendant" when they arrested Basabe, 28, who was driving a Hummer.
