I, like most of the talking heads, don't actually think this is the killer. I think its more likely OJ did it... Still, how is it I have to share an arm rest on my flights and this sick fuck is sipping champagne?

John Mark Karr, the suspect in the death of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, sipped champagne and ate fried king prawns in business class Sunday after being put aboard a flight to Los Angeles to face charges in the United States. As Karr wined and dined in style and chatted with the three U.S. officials escorting him, another bombshell emerged: Reports that Karr sought treatment at a Thai sex-change clinic.
His Thai Airways International flight took off about 8 p.m. (9 a.m. EDT) for the 15-hour flight to Los Angeles. Karr's journey will eventually end in Boulder, Colo., where he is expected to face charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping and child sexual assault in connection with the young beauty queen's 1996 killing.

I don't think he did it either, his eyes were shifting away from the reporter who asked the important questions, and once you go on tv saying something so outrageous as I was with JonBenet when she died, you might want to throw out a couple other little tidbits. Maybe this guy is just obsessed with the case to the point where he wants his few minutes of glory.

Anyone who has flown business class knows that Champagne and nice meals are the norm. Thai Airways is one of the best carriers in the business. This was no special meal just for him, everyone in Business Class had a similar meal.
A frequent flyer.

Derek is right about this being normal. Now you can raise the question with the government body that has the three agents and suspect flying in business class, why they are in business class. Typically, the cost is several times higher for business class.
On the other hand, there is such a thing as complimentary upgrades. It could be that the Thai ariline decided to move the four into business class to minimize the circus aspect.
Anyone's business class is usually an order of magnitude nicer than the coach. The difference between business and first is usually much less.
