Getting busted for unprescribed Viagra: HYSTERICAL.Rush Limbaugh (you know, big guy, used to date Daryn Kagan) was busted at the Palm Beach airport for possession of a bottle of Viagra that had the names of two Florida doctors, but not his.
Possession of unprescribed Viagra is, it turns out, a second-degree misdemeanor. But the bust makes sense, really -- the painkillers, you know, tend to make things a little more difficult in that department.
A doctor had prescribed the drug, but it was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement.
Yeah, that's a great excuse. Brilliant legal mind, there. We always have our doctors prescribe our klonopin to other people, you know, for privacy concerns.Oy, we're not gonna have to listen to Rush today now, are we? Does someone else want to take that bullet for us?

He wasn't actually "busted" - he was briefly questioned about it and then let go. But don't let facts get in the way of another good blog-circulated "mega-scandal."

Many celebrities do the same thing because it is a matter of privacy. You sign a privacy statement when you get a prescription. No information is SUPPOSED to get out, however, because people leak information, celebrities' doctors fill in another doctor's name. It is common practice.

Actually Rush did comment on it--& promptly destroyed any libs' hopes of making this a big deal. Pretty funny actually. The best was him saying, "I told my doctor I was worried about the next ELECTION, not, uh..." Also said, "Hey, how did Bob Dole's bag get on my plane?"
People really want to make an issue of this? When NASCAR has a car prominently displaying Viagra? Not to mention that ESPN is all male "enhancement" drugs all the time (the Bob commercial)?
I think what may make the libs jealous is that Rush obviously is having sex.
