Hasbro Halts Whore Dolls

p-dolls1.jpg

KVOA:

Some heavy lobbying has caused toymaker Hasbro to shelf plans to release a line of dolls based on the all-girl band the Pussycat Dolls.

A group called Dads-and-Daughters objected because the musical group is known for its risque lyrics and skimpy outfits. Group president Joe Kelly says the fear is that young girls would be encouraged to engage in what he terms "developmentally unhealthy behavior."

Hasbro sums up its decision in a statement that says the company has decided the dolls were "inappropriate" to market and that the Pussycat Dolls appealed to a more mature audience.

I thought this "band" was the Singing Strippers.

Have you ever seen one of their videos? If you mute the volume and just watch, they perform a strip tease in every video! I dare you not to laugh at the next Pussycat Dolls video, it's too much.

Taz, and all u ppl like him/her. You just wish u were or had someone half as hot as any of these girls.

Its quite simple really, if u don't like them, don't buy the merchandise.

So u feminazi's going after barbie and toy oven sets aswell?? What about barbie/ bratz and all the other dolls, they also have skimpy clothes.

You should all just stop trying to be everyones parents, let ppl make thier own mind up about stuff.

Carmit:

Haters are just jealous - do you realize that all the women who stopped these dolls were either lesbians or obese or a combination of both - and the dads and daughters things, eww how sick are they?
