Lawsuit Alleges 'A Current Affair' For Maury Povich (Wizbang Pop!)

_{Maury Show producer Bianca Nardi}

Bianca Nardi, a producer for the Maury Povich daytime talk-show Maury (shown above), is suing Maury and handful of his producers, for sexual harassment and promoting a a hostile work environment. In her complaint she alleges that it's common knowledge among the staff that there is a "intimate and sexual relationship between defendants Maurice Richard Povich and Donna Benner Ingber." Povich is married to former CBS anchor Connie Chung.

Nardi claims that she often had to do Ingber's work when the defendant was drunk or avoiding work, with no recourse due to the affair between Ingber and Povich.

Nardi's bitterest barbs are saved for the syndicated program's executive producer Paul Faulhaber (shown below with Maury), who is portrayed in the filing as quite the perv. Faulhaber is alleged to have forced Nardi "to run a gauntlet of sexually abusive and intimidating conduct," including posing in sexually explicit positions, exposing her breasts and watching porn with Faulhaber.

Nardi is asking for $240 million dollars in compensatory and punitive damages. NBC Universal Television (producers of 'Maury') and Povich's production company, MoPo, have denied all the charges.

Maurys been around for a long time. Always watch his show. What I don't understand is why this woman has waited soo long to come forth about this, IF it is true. I'm not taking sides here,, but I do know if I was in her shoes and all of this were true,trust me, I would have been talking a long time ago. If Maury has been having an affair let him and his wife deal with it! That's not anyones business but they're own! Having a VERY difficult believing this womens story. Being a victim of a perv on a job, I opted for a lawyer after being fired for a bogus reason. I was being harrassed, touched as if it were a joke. Well I didn't find it funny, and I told the dude to stop. I finally got tired of it, and started to look for a lawyer. Well the dude found out was I was doing, and fired me after he made up a reason. That just gave my lawyer more ammo. It was right before Christmas and I had no money for my daughters presents. I was livid considering the situation. I sued him, we never went to court they settled. But I was never after anything but monitary compensation for the time I was out of work, and hoping to get this dude fired, as I wasn't the only one he harrassed over the years he had been there from what I found out. I happen to be the only one not scared enough to do something, and call him on it. Hell, I can get another job. That guy never got fired by the way. He apparently owed the owner of the resturant money from a gambling debt, and his working was the way he was paying the owner off. Sad isn't it!!!!
