The headline Bush Taps Portman As New Budget Director made us do a double take, since the Star Wars babe and Harvard grad made headlines with a few Michael Moore-ish statements on the late-night talk circuit in 2004. Would Bush really take Hillary's sloppy seconds?
It turns out we were wrong, it's a dude that Bush is "tapping," which come to think of it is probably what Natalie thought she was getting herself into when she was told about getting a Clinton "tapping."
