Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki says it is time for President Bush to commit to a withdrawal timetable, and has endorsed the timetable for withdrawal put forth by Democratic Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama that calls for a 16 month timeframe. In addition, al-Maliki has specifically stated the situation in Iraq does not call for the kind of long-term (100 year) presence in Iraq as outlined and promoted by Republican nominee John McCain.

Well, yes, uploading copyrighted material is not only a violation of terms but illegal. I trust you intend to pay a royalty for each time someone hits that post

The video was up for quite a while. I had it on OTB several weeks ago (see the comments section).
I understand Comedy Central's desire to protect the future marketability of the episode for syndication. I would think YouTube would be liable for the copyright issues; I can't imagine that linking to YouTube's material--which, for all one might know is licensed--would be problematic.

For those who still haven't seen it yet, the South Park Scientology episode is available to download at the excellent anti-Scientology site Operation Clambake, located at http://www.xenu.net. (Scroll right down to the bottom of the front page and you'll see the links). As far as I'm aware, Matt & Trey gave that site express permission to host the episode, so it's perfectly legal.
Take THAT, you fascist Xenu-worshipping pricks.
