Hilton Publicist, "Paris Hilton Does Not Have Herpes" (Wizbang Pop!)

LOS ANGELES - A Hollywood PR consultant who says he introduced Paris Hilton to her boyfriend, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, was granted a permanent restraining order Tuesday against the heiress, whom he claims threatened to put a hit out on him after he told Niarchos she had a sexually transmitted disease.

..."Do you still fear Ms. Hilton?" Quintana's attorney Richard Lloyd Sherman continued.

"Of course I do," he said. "A, she's got the resources to pull something like this off, and B, she's a drug addict."

Hilton's publicist, Elliot Mintz, told Courttv.com that Quintana was trying to humiliate the heiress to gain media attention for himself.

"I just listened to his descriptions of Paris' conduct and they're totally contradictory to my knowledge of her," Mintz told Courttv.com, adding later: "She doesn't have herpes. She doesn't have a drug problem."

And how exactly would the publicist know she DOESN'T have herpes? Hmmm. I guess we know how she pays that bill...

The real answer to the question is probably locked in the patient files of some Santa Monica free clinic...
